Edward Kuznetsov is a practising maritime lawyer with extensive experience in handling complex cross-border shipping disputes. He advises and represents shipowners, charterers, cargo interests, insurers and other maritime businesses in matters involving ship arrest and release, charterparties, carriage of goods by sea, marine casualties, contractual and commercial disputes, debt recovery, sanctions and enforcement.

His practice includes court proceedings, international arbitration, settlement negotiations and the coordination of urgent legal action across multiple jurisdictions through the Shiparrested.com network.

In parallel with his legal practice, Edward acts as an arbitrator in maritime and international commercial disputes. He is empanelled on the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration Panel of Arbitrators and is a Supporting Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association and the Hong Kong Maritime Arbitration Group.
