Areas of Maritime practice include: Vessel Registration, Financing and Maritime procedure. Active for both Plaintiffs and Defendants, we have been involved in various arrests of vessels up to their judicial sale. We have also assited in foreign proceedings issuing affidavits and expert's opinions on Panamanian law, both substantive and procedural.
