Based on the initial questionnaire drafted by the founding member, this publication, now in its 13th edition is written by our members to cover ship arrest/release law in 94 countries. To assist the maritime community, we circulate the new edition in the market but also offer a searchable database of online articles to deliver all the necessary information to any user involved in a ship arrest / release. These copies are circulated amongst the shipping industry, major P&I Clubs, and maritime insurers.
