John Harris graduated from the University of Cape Town. Having emigrated to Israel he established the legal firm of J. Harris & Co. which is dedicated to the practice of Maritime and Admiralty law. The firm represents major Israeli shipping concerns and acts as the correspondent of a number of prominent London law firms.
